Refund & Return Policy

At SAYA FIT, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in their original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, or any signs of wear
  • Be returned in the original packaging when possible

For hygiene reasons, undergarments, bodysuits, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for a different size but same color, subject to availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another available item of equal value or receive store credit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale & Final Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale, promotional event, or marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as SAYA FIT is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return
Photos, if applicable

We will provide you with the next steps once your request has been reviewed.

SAYA FIT reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
