Refund & Return Policy

At SAYA FIT, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging attached.

For hygiene reasons, certain items may be final sale and non-returnable, including intimate apparel or products specifically marked as Final Sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For damaged or incorrect orders, please contact SAYA FIT with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
